Please bring in all catalogs that you have around the house THAT YOUR PARENTS DO NOT NEED/WANT!! (make sure you ask your parents before you bring them into school. I will not be returning the catalogs!!)

I am looking for catalogs for Best Buy, Sharper Image, Brookstone, Ikea, Furniture Stores, Mattress Stores, Home Decor, etc.... Please do not bring in Clothing Catalogs.

For every 2 catalogs you bring in you will get 1 point extra credit!!

SURPISED!!!

I was very surprised to hear all the problems that people were/are having with the Science Project. I am confused as to why those of you did not come and see me, email me or ask me during class for clarification or help.

I am here to teach and help you...if you do not ask...how am I supposed to know that you need help!?!!!?!!

As Amber pointed out in class...do not be scared of me getting upset with you for waiting until the last minute to start your project. Of course I'm going to give you the typical "dont wait 'til the last minute speech.." but after I've said my words I am going to help you and explain everything until you fully understand the information!! SO ASK NEXT TIME!

What A Great Night!!

It was so nice meeting all your parents and having them come into our classroom!! I hope they learned a lot and had a nice time as well. Remember to tell your parents that they can email me anytime or come into the classroom! It is much easier to have your parents involved and understand what we're doing in the classroom than to not have them involved at all!! Talk to your parents and share with them all that we are doing!

BACK TO SCHOOL NIGHT

I am looking forward to meeting all of your parents tomorrow night. Remind them that classroom visits begin at 6:05 and each period lasts 10 minutes! I hope to see each and everyone of your parents!!

EARTH PROJECT

I AM SO IMPRESSED at the wonderful job all of you did on your models of the Earth. I appreciate your hard work and effort you put into your project. You should all be very proud of your work!! I am sure that your parents will be excited to see your completed projects!

For those of you that have yet to complete your project...hurry up!! You do not want to miss out on points..it will definitely hurt your grade for the next report card!! If you need help...ASK!!!

I am surprised to see that so many of you did not get the Math Challenge correct. I want us to discuss how to solve the Math Challenge. So....if you got it correct, can you please explain the way in which you solved the Math Challenge. 1 point per discussion!!
